These Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Stuffed with Nutella are made with nutty browned butter, tons of chocolate chips, sea salt, and the centers are stuffed with gooey, rich chocolate-hazelnut spread. They are a decadent treat that are the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

I have a little secret about Nutella. Don’t tell anyone, but, um, I’ve never really been a fan. It’s not that I don’t like chocolate. It’s not like I don’t like hazelnuts. It’s the smell. Have you ever smelled Nutella? Maybe it’s just me. Okay. It is just me.

So when my 15 year-old nephew texted me with a request for Nutella cookies, I knew my Nutella aversion would have to be overlooked. I mean, who can refuse a request from a nephew or niece? Not me.

So here are my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Stuffed with Nutella. And I have to say that I LOVE them. The Nutella is exceptional tucked in side a brown butter chocolate chip cookie. Plus, there’s sea salt in there. Making it a sweet, salty piece of heaven.

Thanks so much, Tonya! My nephew’s text to me after receiving the cookies made it all worth it. It went something like, “You just made my day 10,000 times better!” It was music to my ears ๐Ÿ™‚
