These Peanut Butter S’more Bars have a crisp, buttery graham cracker crust with a rich layer of peanut butter, a chocolate fudge filling, and it’s topped with the fluffiest, gooiest layer of homemade marshmallow cream.
I have a thing for s’mores. I think that’s obvious from my post for these S’more Cupcakes, S’more Sandwich Cookies and these Peanut Butter S’more Cookies. So, here I am again with yet another version of my beloved s’mores. This time it’s in the from of these Peanut Butter S’more Bars.
Out of all of my s’more creations, this particular recipe is for the marshmallow-lover. That thick layer of homemade marshmallow cream really takes these bars over the top.
Not only is the marshmallow cream fluffy, gooey, and full of marhsmallowey goodness, it’s the only s’more creation that I’ve made that has a charred marshmallow exterior. That slight crunch from the top of the marshmallow cream sitting under the broiler gives these Peanut Butter S’more Bars a little bit more of an authentic s’more taste.
