The Ultimate Layer Snack Cake

April 23, 2015 by Aida 9 Comments

If you like snacking even a fraction as much as I do, then I know you’re going to fall in love with this Ultimate Layer Snack Cake. I usually shy away from using superlatives like “ultimate”, but I really can’t think of a better way to describe this cake.I mean, it is three layers of some of the best sweet snack foods you could ever think of eating. Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and Rice Krispie treats all in one glorious little 6-inch, 3-layer cake.

Just to make the Ultimate Layer Snack Cake that much more indulgent, it’s topped with a decadent layer or chocolate ganache and of course some rainbow sprinkles! To get the recipe for the Ultimate Layer Snack Cake, click here to head on over to The NY Melrose Family where I’m sharing the full recipe.

You can check out some of my other cakes and treats that are also perfect for snacking on here:

Oh my gosh, Kristy! You’re so right. Peanut butter is the only one of my favorite items missing from this little cake. I may have to make a new version with peanut butter. Great idea Kristy πŸ™‚
