These Inside Surprise Cupcakes for the 4th of July are moist, tender, vanilla cupcakes with fluffy, light vanilla frosting. They make a delicious addition to any 4th of July gathering. While the outside of the cupcakes look inviting, it’s the surprise inside that makes these cupcakes extra special!
Do you know how you can easily become the hit of any party? Just show up with a tray of cupcakes. Somehow little cakes, topped with frosting and sprinkles just bring a smile to people’s faces. I know they make my one happy camper π
From the outside, these Cupcakes for the 4th of July look nice, but they don’t seem very special. The showstopper portion of these little treats is hidden on the inside.
When my kids saw the inside of these cupcakes, they were in awe. My six-year old immediately had to figure out how I made them. After many guesses (some including the use of magic), I showed my daughter how to make them. She was so intrigued that we made another batch together. She has plans to make more of these Inside Surprise Cupcakes for the 4th of July for all of relatives who will be celebrating the 4th of July with us.
To get the full tutorial and recipe, you can find it at my friend, Jenny’s, blog The NY Melrose Family. You can get the recipe here.
